ABOUT YOLANDE
independent practice, wide-ranging experience
EXPERIENCE & APPROACH
Designer, illustrator & creative collaborator.
Bringing ideas to life, across disciplines.
I'm Yolande Rapela, a freelance graphic designer and illustrator based in Surrey. For seven years I've worked across brand identities, illustration, print and digital design, creating visual work that feels distinctive and considered.
Experience in design studios gave me a strong grounding in collaborative projects. Now I work directly with businesses, web agencies and creative collectives, bringing that experience to each brief with the flexibility and attention of an independent designer.
studio experience, independent attention
A broader perspective, with one person close to the work from first idea to final detail.
AREAS OF WORK
A different approach for every brief.
Each project calls for its own visual language. With an adaptable design approach and a strong foundation in illustration, I create distinctive work across brand identity, print, editorial, digital and web design—bringing a considered eye to both the overall direction and the finer details.
